Culinary Stars at JW Marriott Gold Coast’s Citrique Restaurant is a four-night gastronomic celebration that brings together internationally acclaimed chefs to create a refined journey of flavour, craft, and collaboration. Showcasing culinary talent from Australia, Turkey, Vietnam, New Zealand and beyond, the event positions Citrique as a global culinary stage — where local produce meets international technique, and fine dining becomes an immersive, story-driven experience.

The challenge was to communicate the true scale and prestige of Culinary Stars — not simply as a dining event, but as a global culinary collaboration. With chefs travelling from different parts of the world, each bringing their own heritage, technique, and philosophy, the story needed to reflect both individuality and cohesion. The visuals had to elevate Citrique beyond a hotel restaurant and position it as one of Queensland’s leading destinations for international fine dining experiences.
